How much notice to I have to give when I'm hiring my skip? How quickly can you get it to me?
Generally speaking we can deliver next day delivery for all of our skips. In some cases skips can be delivered on the same day.
What size skip should I hire?
This site has the dimensions of our skips, but these can still sometimes be difficult to relate to. Call us today and allow our friendly staff to help you make an informed choice.
How much does it cost?
We don't believe in evading the cost issue: all of our prices are provided up-front here. Please note that this doesn't include any required permit costs, which we're not in control of.
When do I pay?
All orders are paid for at the time of delivery. We take both cash and cheque (accompanied by a cheque guarantee card).
Can I fill a skip to the top?
Yes, but please be aware that skips loaded above this level will be subject to a surcharge.
Can I put hazardous waste into a skip?
No, hazardous waste should instead be disposed of carefully at a registered hazardous waste site.
What if I want to hire a skip permanently?
We can provide you with a permanent skip and a frequent emptying service.
When would I need a permit?
Permits are required by all local councils for skips on public land including footpaths, verges and the highway. All permits can be arranged and prices may vary between local councils. We will advise at the booking stage if you require a permit and can arrange this for you, usually at short notice.
What happens after my skip has been collected?
All of our skips are taken to registered landfill sites and we are fully licensed by The Environment Agency as a registered Waste Carrier.
